Curtis L. Smit
Professional Engineer, Principal

Curt is a mechanical engineer with experience in building mechanical system design since 1991. Experience includes the design of HVAC, plumbing, gas, and temperature controls systems for a wide range of buildings. In addition, Curt has extensive experience in energy study work, including identifying appropriate energy conservation measures, developing cost estimates, energy savings, and design and implementation of energy saving measures. His experience includes complete project management from initial energy studies through design, construction administration, project close-out, and warranty inspections. Professional registration(s) include: Montana, Iowa, Alaska, Wyoming, Idaho and North Dakota.

Scott T. Elders
Professional Engineer, Principal

Scott is an electrical engineer with experience in building electrical system design since 2008. Electrical design experience includes power systems, lighting systems, fire alarm, intercom, close circuit television systems, voice-enhancing systems, low-voltage cabling, and access control systems. Scott has acted as the lead electrical engineer on the design of these systems for a wide variety of projects. Scott has been involved in all aspects of projects from schematic design through construction administration. Prior to his engineering career, Scott was involved in electrical contracting.

Christopher P. Doyle

Chris is a mechanical engineer with 8 years of experience in designing and building mechanical systems. Chris’s design work includes plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, hydronic, gas, temperature controls, and other systems. He has design experience on a wide range of building types, including multi-unit housing, commercial kitchen, cleanroom, office, medical, and many others. Chris has experience in all phases of building projects from schematic design through construction administration and warranty inspections. He is actively involved in project management of several projects.

Tanner T. Whitlock

Tanner is an electrical engineer with 8 years of experience in building electrical systems design. Electrical design experience includes power systems, lighting design and lighting control systems, fire alarm, intercom, building wide wireless systems, low-voltage cabling, and access control systems. Tanner has acted as the lead electrical engineer on the design of these systems for a multitude of projects. Tanner has been involved in all facets of projects from schematic design through construction administration.
